To change the Portfolio Main Page you have to go to Dashboard->Theme Options->Portfolio (see https://stylishthemes.freshdesk.com/helpdesk/attachments/5008600388)
And then just select a page from the "Portfolio Main Page" dropdown: http://screencast.com/t/npNoQp2q89W5
